I have always had a love for cooking and experimenting with flavors. After years in the marketing and entertainment industries, I realized that cooking was my true passion and decided to pursue a career in the culinary arts.
I studied culinary and nutrition at Gulf Coast State College. American Culinary Federation program.
Integrative Nutrition at IIN, certified as a Dr. Dean Ornish Plant Based Chef for reversing heart disease at ShareCare and trained in diabetic, anti-inflammatory, and Mediterranean diets.
I believe that cooking should be fun, creative, and inventive. I strive to make delicious and healthy meals that are accessible to everyone. Whether it's daily meals for busy individuals or specialty meals for health reasons.
